The Nidecker / Core 77 contest results came through today. I was able to get a board together just in time to compete with the globe. I really had fun pushing this graphic just by letting it be itself. I really put in no outside snowboard culture, input or selling points into the mix, just a few inspirational ideas flushed out and mashed together. With a basic CMYK build and a few cool iconic doodles later, I pushed it into the critique station. For a larger image click HERE.

TYPERADIO is a sweet little internet radio station on type / design. It's cool how the design community shares information / stories / blogs / tricks of the trade and such. They spill all their secrets while I reach out with my ears and thoughts. Well not exactly.
A few thick accents on there, but it's cool to learn on how international designers / geeks go about things on the day to day.
